I have a sore area at the front of my mouth, so first I tap out my BodyTalk Access techniques.
The swollen sore lessens in irritation immediately, then dissipates to nothing the next day. Sensitivity in my teeth becomes more pronounced the following day, and the swelling returns, telling me there is a more complex consciousness beneath this symptom. I sit and think about my relationships, my life, and what my mouth represents, especially this top of my mouth area. Guilt? no. Fear? no. My tongue presses the area, I fill the painful place with my thought, my acceptance, my gratitude for it's message. What are you all about? Childhood? Yes. Hmm Play? no. Growth? no. Nourishment? Yes! Immediately I feel the rush of cells in the area as they respond to my discovery. I reflect on this. I search for any more details or links, and them r eceive permission to tap out. There is a phrase surfacing as well, "Life is not nourishing" I can see myself as a 2 year old. This is my general experience. hmmm. The heart has been a big focus for me alot, the conception vessel meridian was a big part of my sessions of the last year. I have also released a belief system in my Large Intestine of "Life is gut wrenching" and the inhumanity/injustice of life. Chinese Medicine on Heart This reading helped me see the link of the heart and the mouth ulcers, I have restlessness, and over tired, because of inability to fully sleep . . . Specifically the purple highlighted phrases are responding in my innate testing: _________________ "UPFLARING HEART FIRE (xin huo shang yan): primary symptoms are restlessness; mouth ulcers; palpitations; insomnia. Secondary symptoms include heat sensation in the chest; flushed face; thirst; dark or red urine; constipation; and in serious cases, outbreaks of madness. The tongue typically presents with a red body or a bright red tip; the pulse tends to be forceful and rapid. Representative Herbs: gardenia (zhizi), coptis (huanglian), ox gallstone (niuhuang), rhinoceros horn (xijiao), antelope horn (lingyangjiao), (lianzixin), scrophularia (xuanshen), raw rehmannia (sheng dihuang), forsythia (lianqiao), ophiopogon (maimendong), phragmites (lugen), lithospermum (zicao). Representative Formulas: Purge the Heart Decoction (Xiexin Tang); Rehmannia and Akebia Formula (Daochi San)." __________________ out break of madness I can relate to as well, I have felt & surfaced "madness" when reflecting on my feelings about life and my place. Some of my journal writings definitely reflect madness lately. The sore/ulcer in my mouth is retreating, but now I feel a cold sore surfacing on the center of my top lip. Focusing - Lips can be about communication, self expression or sensually more specific - I see that for me it's about sensual nourishment, which is one of many forms of nourishment that have been surfacing for me lately . . . . as I sit with the cold sore and open my heart to the wisdom within it, I see it is a consciousness about speaking more freely about my sensual needs and intimacy. I note to myself to tap into phrases that may help me imprint a subconscious shift, pertaining to openness in my intimacy. I have also had very strong pain in my sacral area for a day last week . . . priorities: 1. cell repair on belief system of "I need to stay small" -tap out 2. circulation of lymph from nervous system - link to - Body Chemistry - intolerance to "liver detox pathways" - glutathione - - Tingling in developing cold sore has stopped and the "explosiveness" feeling of the surfacing sore has resided. - mouth ulcer symptoms are just a slight irritation
